Korra may have gotten the poison out which healed her physically she is still not healed mentally. She is still suffering from PTSD. Which is why Kuvira baited her into a fight she knew she was rusty. However if this were pre Zaheer Korra well Kuvira would have been destroyed. Also I don't know if you noticed but Korra has considerably less muscle mass from being injured all those years. The poison really took a toll on her.
