Honestly I don't think pan gets worse. I think she's just like her mother and grandmother, with a short temper but more powerful

Pan is 11 when it starts (dating maybe 14 or 15 year olds eeks.). and Bra is 12. This is confirmed in the Daizenshuu (The Japanese encyclopedia of Dragon Ball Canon published by Toei)

Well End of Z is 10 years after Buu and he was like 7 there, so 17 in End of Z, and this is 5 years later so he should be ~22. Its funny Goku says Pan is too young when her dad, Gohan, was half her age when he went to Namek. The writers of GT admitted they didn't know how to use Pan, from what I can remember she mostly gets worse not better lol. Super fun episode overall though. Goku with those kidnappers is hilarious.
