I bought weighted clothes, wore backpack and even plowed fields with my bare hands LOL. Thankfully tetanus shot is a thing I guess. But sadly you're correct. I think that was spoofed a bit in.... I think old Yattaman anime. The 3 second training routine.

2024-11-02 22:11:07 +0000 UTCbest get used to it melon. training segments actually being shown arent that common, most of the times you see them in anime theyre filler lol manga stories wanna get to the action and the young boys theyre written for are presumed to not wanna see the "boring training" bits. maybe the modern stuff has changed a bit though, idk as im not as familiar with more recent stuff.
