hey Melon. because of the topic of buying out a courtesan. i think it has somthing to do with the "Terms" with the employers. like an employment contract. buying a courtesan out requieres money if they have a long time Contract in place. but if the courtesan let it expire then no money is requiered. its up to the employer take the money or get risky and hope that she renew her contract. but if she doesnt renew her contract, you as employer get nothing out of it. this is what i think of it. i dont know of this is correct. sorry for the bad english
