I think a way to solve the previews issue is to just watch them all on the rewatch if you ever watch Trigun for a 2nd time. I think even just hearing some and looking away still might spoil some things. Us who watched Trigun during Adult Swim usually didn't care about those minor spoilers cuz back then previews were always seen as a part of the episode. But I can see if you weren't watching a bunch during that time you might not connect with them the same way we used to. But either way it's worth checking out your second go around. Same with YYH.
