Bulma was initially 14 in Manga, but I'm not sure how it went for Anime. Not to mention every country on Earth was changing their ages. Goku, here? 10 or 11. He does reveal his correct age during Tenkaichi Budokai, which is almost a year from now IIRC. EDIT: I forgot of course that OG Dragon Ball is sort of comedic. Which is why DBZ was such a whiplash
