Sounds like another certain shonen that i know of *Cough" nar - uto* Cough". But yeah I serously hate when shonen ends up being deconstructed like that. Thank god One piece never ended up that way.

DB is all about that but obviously in DBZ all strategy is kinda meaningless in front of overwhelming power and speed. You can tell he's been trying to bring it back since Majin Buu but by then the cast is so OP they have to lose by cheap shot or a very unbelievable gimick.
