If you really like code geass and want to watch more from the same universe there are 3 other things that are somewhat cannon to it. The movie (don't look it up till you finish the series as the name has spoilers), there's code geass akito the exiled which is some world building for the series which in my opinion should also be watched after the series, and code geass roze which is a sequel to the movie which in my opinion is kinda mid but it exists. I'd suggest not looking into any of these until you finish all 50 episodes and want more code geass stuff to watch

I remember getting caught up on it when it first aired and I got to catch the final 2 episodes the same day they released online subbed back in the day, which im proud to say I got to be a part of history for.

Narita is where he went to work and do some geologist things. But he didn't evacuate the city in time and got buried.
