This is actually my favourite content. Also in regards to the mind reader lady, your questions get answered later in the arc so you don't need this explanation now but if you want some clarification (since it's not a big spoiler or anything): Hisoka took the mind reader lady into account when forging his fortune. If he shares any info verbally or through other means, it will go against the rules he set in his fortune. She is learning information from people when she uses her ability, so Hisoka can use that as a shield to prevent her from coming near him. Same thing he did with Nobunaga "if you come at me I will have to defend myself".
