Thoughts on AI Art 3
Added 2022-12-22 05:05:39 +0000 UTCA lot of the predictions, optimistic or pessimistic, about the future of AI generated art, are based on some premises I think are flawed, such as:
-Everyone secretly wants to be an artist, and wants to use an AI art generator, which will lead to a nearly endless supply of AI generated art.
-The demand for AI generated art will automatically match the new supply.
-Art is valued strictly for the quality of its visuals, so AI generated art will be considered valuable.
