Hey all, I have a quick question and some updates.
You will see some Tara updates today before I head off for 3 days of travel.
The Question I have is regarding Patreon and the pledges and the content. I am considering a fairly drastic change to this but wanted feedback.
First all current commitments will be met, commissions etc...
Here are my thoughts.
- A single Pledge level of $5/month gets you access to a monthly βminiβ set of 20-25 images MAX. With access to all legacy content.
- No other pledge levels, simple and straight forward.
- My thought is I can meet this goal each month, I can grow from month to month with the same characters or move to another flip back and forth if needed.
- Over time perhaps 2 months = a set I could sell on A3D, 50+ images needed.
Few reasons for this.
- 1. I want to get into a routine with Patreon and offer more exclusive content for you.
- 2. A 20-25 image set is very doable in 20-25 days so meeting this dead line is reasonable
- 3. It allows me to create more context in sets that I (we) may want to continue forward with e.g. Demon Doll House / Carina / Sonya / etc⦠Vs 6-8 weeks of a 100 image set that make me , often, want to move to something different more times than not.
- 4. It allows me to spend more time learning and improving = better content for you
- 5. Lastly, the current model is not working, I am behind and have been most of this year on commitments to different levels or Patreons, it pressure I donβt want and its waiting none of you want.

It seems to be a recurring problem that lack of time, hardware malfunctions and so on let you fall behind in schedule... I am just worried about the bigger sets as I only rarely make purchases on A3D for example. Will your patreons still get them for free?

You are in a 1-2 year loop of overcommitment and I can imagine that you dip in motivation also was partially reasoned by this getting more and more like a full time job rather than a hobby that makes fun and gives you some extra credits. So do the change and get back to a point where you get the things done that you commit and perhaps also motivation as well as fun will come back.
