As Lawine pointed out, it almost seems like a myth that elves donโt age, and all those statues were from 80 years ago. Some people notice the resemblance, but likely think that it couldnโt possibly be the same elf, the legendary Frieren should be an old woman by now. Especially since people donโt run into elves often(if at all), it would almost feel racist to think, โis this elf I just met the exact only other elf I know about?โ
