Today's reaction video is a continuation (sorta/kinda) of a reaction video that we posted on our YouTube channel, where we listened to โVIBEโ (by Taeyang & Jimin) for the first time! If you haven't already seen that video, go check it out now and then come back. We'll be waiting for youโฆ
โTony Montanaโ was an unexpected BOP, that left us banging our heads and shooting our finger guns in the air (bang, bang, bang, bang).
We were NOT ready for what we heard today.
Also, seeing the members โbackstageโ (or what looked like UNDERNEATH the stage) during the live performance, was so wholesome. The simple gesture of J-Hope putting his hand on Jiminโs shoulder encapsulated the bond that each member has with one another.

Ok, to be honest, I have *yet* [since 10/2019] been able to act like I have *any* sense when I hear the rappers do their thing. I am nearly breathless and bouncing around like a pure fool... I'm 53, and not at all into rap [except BTS]. I firmly believe that even if you never get that very *first* high again, you will still wanna crank it up, get outta your car, and go /off/, even 3 years later. Most BTS tracks age well. True facts. I've been to two BTS concerts, and I came out euphoric and entranced; all I could capture in my immediate memory were snippets, but I know I sang every song and didn't stop waving my ARMY Bomb [no voice and sore arm for days]. I had to watch the dang live stream afterward so I could actually understand what I saw. The relived high of the show when you watch it is both wild and nostalgic, you kinda want to cry while singing your brains out and dancing your butt off. Looking forward to you diving into SUGA/AgustD our one and only Min Yun-ki.

Also I love itโs inclusion in the BTS meme song which I hope you will get to later on in your journey once you have more of their iconic content under your belt. Even though they wasn't jumping around, but their vocals and ad libs made the song harder. They can move around freely and do what they want creatively during a live and make the song sometimes better than the studio version. I love it! Jimin has nothing to be embarrass about cuz he did his thing on his part. It's always scary to do something outside your comfort zone bcuz you don't know how well it's going to be perceived. But I think that's the best part of it; to challenge yourself and test your limits on how far you're willing to go. P.S. Jared & Jordan, you definitely have to watch the movie Scarface. OMG...the best crime drama! A CULT CLASSIC! One of my favorite movies of all time. I have probably watch it about 100 times...no cap! To me the ending was the best part of the movie. It was so epic, poetic and herioc.It has you rooting for Tony Montana, even though he became a drug lord who did some savagery things, but his character is loyal to the ones who is loyal to him. You double-crossed him once and he will never forget it. Payback is a B!tch! This will become one of y'all favorite movies to watch. I GUARANTEE!!!!!!

Those lead to my stumbling into BTS rabbit hole. After getting into BTS, Yoongi became my bias little by little, without me noticing at first, because of his personality, his way of caring without saying anything, his unbotheredness... And then, his rap, whether it be as Suga or Agust D. His rap was my down fall. That's why that performance it so precious to me ๐ And that's why you HAVE TO REACT TO BOTH OF AGUST D's MIXTAPES. You just have to. If you don't, you'll never get to see what you're missing. In both mixtapes, his lyrics, his delivering of the lines, his prods... All of it fits perfectly together. He opens up a lot about past struggles in his songs and that is also a reason of why I'm so emotionally attached to this man. "The Last", on his first mixtape, and "People", on the second, (same as "First Love" and "Nevermind", but those are not part of the mixtapes) are all songs that crashed my soul but also healed it so beautifully and I have been living with them in my ears ever since.

The first one contains the song The Last, which is the song that made Yoongi my bias when I heard it as a baby army. There are several songs on both mixtapes that are very meaningful to me. Yoongi's lyrics are always so raw and honest and somehow manage to articulate feelings I didn't have the words for.

For me, Yoongiโs first mixtape is full of his desires and struggles back in the day, while D-2 is more introspective and the realization how their success affected him as a person. both mixtapes are very raw and full of Yoongiโs emotion and passion. you will definitely love it.. and i bet you will not survive sitting on those chairs.. and you havenโt even heard Outro: Tear and Interlude: Shadow from BTSโ album.. so thereโs still moreโฆ as always thank you for your reaction, and canโt wait for the next one.

Also on the flip side is โ๏ธBaepsaeโ๏ธ, it is a song all members are on and deals with social issues which is juxtaposed by the funny music video the members made and the hip thrusts in the choreography. When I first started to listen to BTS, sometimes it took me multible listens or I had to watch a performance multible times to fully 'get it'. I always wondered if you guys listen to BTS songs after reacting to them or rewatching the performances again? I think I can speak for many Army's that we've seen some performances hundreds of times. Like Cypher Medley, Outro Tear @Wembley and MMA2019 are performances I think I watch monthly lol. For me personally songs often grow on me more after listening to it multible times, but idk if you guys listen to BTS songs besides the reactions and car tests.

Jimin was saying he's embarrassed that he asked RM to change some of the lyrics and it upset SUGA at the time. There's SO MANY times in their Vlives & Bangtan Bombs, behind the scenes of creating their BT21 characters, behind the scenes for the album BE, a Festa dinner i believe, and even in their show In the Soop, where Yoongi mentions to Jimin that he really wants him to do a "serious rap song" (his words, or at least how translated) and even offered to help. He says it in a touching supportive way. He obviously loved the experience as much as Jimin. Here's hoping Yoongi eventually convinces him! ๐ค๐ป๐๐ป๐ซถ๐ป

Jimin's appearance in the live was a surprise and you can hear it when he joins Yoongi on stage. Such a phenomenal live performance ๐ As far as Vibe, I may be off on this but, that part reminds me of parts of Gorilla by Bruno Mars. I know it's slower than Vibe but something about the drums and production remind me of it.

Jimin once said he's a firm believer in "the clothes make the man", so the way he acts on a specific day could be a reflection of how he feels in his clothing that day. Like if he's wearing a suit he'd carry himself a certain way, opposed to how he'd act in an oversized hoodie. Jimin walking out in that white bomber and that long ass chain, you know he came onto that stage with a very specific mindset. Absolutely dripping with swagger, he came to KILL.
