They don't want to be touched by any males but they need semen for reproduction, so they asked a payment to cross their borders. They need their semen. Cadeyrn and Willan are canonically really productives, so they need some recipients to contain their seeds. Cadeyrn needs no less than a mug and Willan a bucket !
