The two men found the tusk in the woods. At fist they thought of it as a novel souvenir, but slowly became possessive of it. "It's my tusk" they thought. "It belongs in my mouth."

Clearly, it's helping them! Instead of them each fighting over it, now they're learning to share - and to share slightly more than the tusk, too. I love the little details in this - the skinfolds are great, and orange hair is clearly losing it faster than his buddy.
