Merge based orcifications aren't always a slow and steady thing. Sometimes there's a buildup where the human shows no signs of changing at all. But with the slightest push, the residual orc soul can take over and rapidly transform him. It's not painful, but it is intense.

The whole premise is great here haha. Just going about a normal day - well /today/ they were just going about a normal day. His teeth forming irregularly is a great detail - if he shut his mouth /now/ he'd poke himself haha. Better give it a few minutes! Also no, you probably shouldn't wash those together; it looks like he'll definitely be needing a new pair of jeans soon after all. Then again, those ones may not fit anymore. Awesome picture!
