Tossing these ideas your way: Keep the addictive qualities of Futa cum; But since monster is a spirit form, it can only coalesce (become solid) under certain lusty conditions (our heroine-victims getting it on); Or it is tied to an item it used in life, and can only 'appear' when item is used/ handled/ moved/ disturbed from place of origin (meaning the ghost can follow our gals and reappear wherever they take it to!). If going with the Vampire idea, the 3-bites and you're the next lesser creature serving your mistress/ master occurs = it takes you orally, anally, and vaginally in this case. If keeping to the ghost idea, the ghost remains solid only for an hour after each orgasm it gets before 'resting' back into item it is tied to (from it's former life)...so, if the ghost has Jessica, Tess, and Kacie, in such an overnight encounter, its possible for ghost to have enough sex to last until dawn...
