Love the reaction and welcome back!! Quick answer about Cersei: When Joffrey and Margaery marry, Margaery will become Queen Consort. Cersei will become Dowager Queen (widow of a king). She is also Queen Mother but her official title will be "Dowager Queen." She still will hold her title and prestige, but will no longer be known as "THE" queen. That will be Margaery.
