Some of you may have already found this, but we've built a little ticketing system for support requests that come in. You can reach it by emailing support@warcraftlogs.com, support@fflogs.com, or support@esologs.com respectively. We have a very small support team of one person, but they'll try to get back to you very quickly there. And the ticketing system will make sure your request doesn't get lost in the midst of patreon comments, etc.

2021-06-25 17:55:44 +0000 UTCThe best way to get this sorted is to email support@fflogs.com or support@warcraftlogs.com. It takes 15 minutes to sync with Patreon. Or if you're using different emails between patreon and our site, we'll need to sync them up manually. Please include your email addresses when you email support. Thanks, sildri
