Added 2024-04-11 09:41:21 +0000 UTCI discussed a bit of the story outline with Brandon and he seems excited, please check the previous entry for an idea who Brandon is.
So the goal so far now is to for me to outline each issue into a bullet point outline, very fast and loose and then we will discuss the contents of the story Monday through chat. I am still unsure how to represent the characters right now both in appearance and in fashion. I think it will clear up as a I pick up the pencil but for now I'm leaving it in the fog.
The most important part for me right now is to nail to feeling of the story.
If you guys have some ideas on the change in fashion and appearance the 4 main characters could have over 10 years please provide them here for inspiration.

If Jesse is working at Staples help desk, that has a polo shirt as a uniform, my guess is that Jesse would wear it over a long sleeve shirt.

2024-04-12 02:20:29 +0000 UTCThe one thing I noticed about clothing wise with Jesse is that he is ALWAYS covered up in long sleeves, pants, and even a hat. And they are always darker colors. His fashion choices reflect his fear of openly expressing his sexuality. They were less in fashion 10 years ago, but maybe he could also wear fingerless gloves now, just another pit of clothing to cover himself up with. Plus, there is a sorta queer connotation/style to them so in some way its like even in covering up, his repressed queerness is still sublimating out in his fashion choices. I forget if he has an earring but if so, and I'm guilty of this myself, he absolutely would have gotten it on his left "not gay" ear. If he really does open up to Marty and himself on the beach, my feeling is he should be shirtless, literally exposing himself. And Maybe afterwards, wears something that exposes at least his arms. Maybe something that he borrowed from Marty.
