All of the extra calories that I’ve been forcing in, the extra cream and butter and milk. Adding in my 2 to 3 minutes of push-ups a day. I can feel myself inflating. Literally. I feel like a big massive meat balloon. I’m 2 parts pork, 1 part beef. Makes for some delicious Italian!
