Hello everyone,
My last post was kinda bleak in regards to Lucy's future, so I just wanted to clarify some things.
I'm not giving up on Lucy. However, I can no longer guarantee that the comics can continue, given the current state of the world. My status as a citizen and my personal safety are slowly becoming less and less certain. That being said, I can no longer dedicate the amount of time I have been giving Lucy in the past. Lucy will always have a future in some form.
Lucy stories in particular take a long time to finish because they're much longer than an average comic book. While I prefer it this way, I have decided to concentrate on shorter works going forward. Some of this work is going to be for younger audiences, and I will mostly be keeping that work off Patreon, as it would clash with what I have previously posted. I will keep you informed about this new project on other channels.
As you may remember, I spent a lot of time within the past couple years expanding the Lucy world with concept art. I had announced three projects (The Veleno Sisters, Triple Trouble, and Blazing Spirit Comix), but I had more ideas explored, none of which I never really talked about.

Blazing Spirit Comix was going to be a black and white anthology comic series based in the Legend of Lucy world. It would have featured stories and characters from 4 of the 5 time periods before Lucy began. A combination of comic strips, comic chapters, and text stories.
I announced this very prematurely, not understanding how much more work it would have been. I am still interested in pursuing stories in past settings, but I may explore other avenues for them.

Triple Trouble was going to be set in the present era, and follow a team of three adventurers, like Lucy. Unlike Lucy, however, this team is corporate sponsored. There is no official leader, rather the team is guided by an AI named H.E.N.R.I.
H.E.N.R.I. would have appeared as on screens as a virtual character and as drones. The series would have focused on the aftermath of the Dragmyre War, something that was only alluded to in The Legend of Lucy. Ashura would have made an appearance at some point as well.

The not very secret Super Secret project was a 2D platformer starring Puck. Long story short, I wasn't happy with how the game felt, particularly as a retro-like game, and want to experiment again in the future.
