If you all decide to watch After Hours, my favorite or second favorite (I go back and forth) Scorsese film, I will watch. An overlooked masterpiece.

2024-04-09 04:44:23 +0000 UTCThey had already written a 10 episode season for season 2, but Apple wanted 12 episodes. Instead of compromising the story they had already written, they added 2 bonus episodes...this one and the Christmas episode.

2024-03-27 13:12:49 +0000 UTCI haven't started the reaction yet but I know beforehand that this episode is probably gonna be a bit weird for you guys. It's an homage to a movie by Martin Scorsese from the 80s called "After Hours" and the episode was pretty polarizing when it first came out but I think it's held up well once you know why they made it - it was basically an exercise in the art of storytelling apparently

I guess in hindsight when you realize this has nothing to do with the story and more to do with just showing some love to coach beard it’s a lot more enjoyable.
