- Nightmare comfort
- Coming out
- Age regression
- Feelings confession
- Panic attacks
- Dark and yandere
- Daddy (title for speaker or listener)
- Mommy (title for speaker or listener)
- Dom listener
- Sub listener
Keep in mind some nsfw audios don't have dom/sub dynamics so neither of the sub or dom speaker tags apply, not all NSFW audios will be included in those tags.

Thank you for putting a special tag for panic attacks - I suffer from them frequently and sometimes I am already so far gone into one that remembering the title of the audio piece is difficult. So having this tag helps a lot when my mind can't handle much more. (have already used this feature yesterday, so thank you again)
