Dolly Tier Price Reduced to $25 – Work in Progress, Lily's Updated Vision on the Prices

Hey everyone, Lily here. I’ve got some updates on the changes we’re making to our pricing and tiers. As always, we’re working to make sure things are affordable and sustainable for us, while still delivering the content you love.

Lily's Dolly Tier – Price Reduced to $25

I’ve lowered the price of the Lily’s Dolly tier from $30 to $25 as part of making our content more accessible. Ultimately, the goal is to bring it down to around $15-$20, but we’re doing it gradually to manage the side effects of such a change. The quality will shift slightly, bringing it more in line with Waifu Sequences—emphasizing dollhouse and adjacent transformation fetishes.

Superfan Tier – A Sneak Peek at What's Coming

The Superfan 50 USD tier remains unchanged for now as the amount of energy I put into this tier is still very high. I want to make sure you’re still getting the value you signed up for. However, I’m considering future changes once we're done balancing the problematic tiers, like the Dollies.

Since the Superfans are currently sustaining this whole business I'll need to gather direct feedback from you, with tools like google forms to measure satisfaction, perceived value and where your interest lies the most (I'm guessing Early Access for the series of the moment but there is more to it I'm sure).

Pricing Model & Shop Update

I’ve realized that the pricing model for the previous doll sequences (not today's) in the shop is now outdated. If you buy them as singles, you’ll be overcharged, so I recommend adjusting your purchases accordingly until I find a way to adjust this without giving Sempai arthritis.

I’m also thinking about stopping the release of sequences on Itch.io. It’s been high-maintenance, with unpredictable sales and it’s having a cannibalizing effect on our tier subscriptions. I’m even considering stopping microtransactions in the shop, but I’ll take my time deciding on that.

I know these changes might feel like a lot, but they’re all part of the bigger picture to keep things affordable, sustainable, and still in line with the content you enjoy. Thank you for your continued support, and please keep letting me know how you feel—we’re in this together.
