After months of extensive investigation into Shadaloo's activities, the trail went cold following the disappearance of the one leading the operation; Chun Li. With their most capable officer now missing, the Interpol had no choice but to withdraw their efforts. Shadaloo, now left to their own devices, began to run rampant across the city. Life for the populace, would never be the same again.
