A friend explained a few things about light/shadows/volumes to me, and I tried to put them into practice. Not 100% happy with it as I feel there's still a LOT for me to learn, but I definitely want to keep experimenting in this direction.
I am really, really thankful for the support I get from this Patreon, because I feel like I can experiment more freely and with less anxiety than in commissions, and still draw things that people like. So, thank you all for the continuous support.
Now I just need to figure out how to color an image starting from greyscale. Gradient mapping is still a big mystery to me XD'
