In this case:
First person to comment decides integument type.
Second person to comment decides shape of first head (can be an extinct, extant or mythological animal species).
Third person decides horn shape or some other detail of the first head (ears? fangs? whiskers? go wild) .
Fourth person decides shape of second head.
and so on...
