Let's make: Hydra

I had a bit of difficulties with imagining this creature, hence why it stayed unfinished in my folder for a few months! Today I was finally able to sit and finish it, even if just in quick sketch form - I still came out to like the final result, especially the colors.
Here were the different suggested parts:
integument: fur
head 1: s̶u̶n̶f̶l̶o̶w̶e̶r̶ (I tried hard to make this fit too, but in the end I didn't use this part, sorry - it was already quite busy with the other elements!)/venusflytrap/shiba inu + Angler fish lure
head 2: griffin + fluffy ears
head 3: dragon with a curved horn
body: dragon
legs: lion
tail: australian lungfish
wings/other: raven wings
colors: lava
pattern: okapi
