It isn't really much of a legend, it is more that no one could reach a high enough power level to blend with their incredible surge of emotion to unlock the form. Goku and Trunks achieved through loss what Vegeta achieved through rage. So, the pure heart thing isn't really a factor in the end. Couple of returning jokes in this one. Vegeta shouting "MINE MINE MINE" was a reference to him doing the same when Captain Ginyu (in Goku's body) asked for a moment of silence when Jeice died. As for the biscuit, shout outs to Guldo because this is the second villain Vegeta has personally decapitated. ...Also the way y'all lit up when Vegeta transformed gives me life.
