If you think Cell is scary, then Maajin Buu would be horrifying. He has to date the most brutal on-screen kill in the entire franchise to his name.

While they're taking their sweet time, pranking police officers and bullying store owners, Cell has literally devoured an entire city's population. Even babies. There's a reason what you are in now is known as the Cell Saga. Unstable, unpredictable, and intensely driven for a singular goal. This is the second of the Big Three, major iconic villains that wrecked shop throughout DBZ. Frieza the tyrant conqueror, and Cell the insect bio-android. The third is Majin Buu, but that season isn't in DBZA, so... Yeah.
