2023-02-28 01:17:09 +0000 UTCSo, two things about that prologue with Ruby talking to Summer. First is the music. Absolutely beautiful combination of Red Like Roses and All Our Days. You can hear the melody of Roses as she's telling Summer about her team, and then the melody from All Our Days as she's wrapping up and about to leave. Second, and more importantly, the sunset/sunrise, flanked by birds. That was Monty's signature, quite literally. Whenever he autographed something, he wrote his name in a way that made it look like birds flying into the sun. (It's fairly easy to find images of this on google.) This was the first volume after Monty's passing, and that was one of tributes done for him.
