Vegeta was, as usual, hilarious and Mr. Popo still puts him in his place 🤣 So Vegeta and Trunks can go Super Sayian Grade 2 and Grade 3 which Goku learned as well. TFS cut out the scene right after where Goku makes the decision for Gohan and him to stay Super Sayian as long as possible, no straining of any kind just be in that form. As Gohan said here, they move passed the point of feeling tired from Super Sayian and then kept training. What they both have is known as Super Sayian Grade 4 or Mastered Super Sayian.

2023-03-12 18:42:58 +0000 UTCOne of the reasons I love your reactions is because I get to sort kf see this series with fresh eyes again. There are plenty of moments that, because I've seen this show sooooo many times, I take for granted, but are legitimately great. "Oh, that's accidental" is a line that made me burst out laughing when I first saw it, but I don't think I have since. But seeing you two do so just brings back that joy from that first time, if any of that makes sense.

2023-03-12 17:11:54 +0000 UTCYou might remember back during the Android 13 movie, you asked "why don't they start out as Super Saiyan?" Well, Goku just solved that problem. And it kind of highlights the difference between Vegeta and Goku. Vegeta only knows one way to train, and that's "full team ahead". The only way he knows is forward and, when he hit the brick wall of the super-buff form that Trunks used (and Vegeta knew not to), he couldn't find another way forward and got stuck. When Goku hit that form, he realized he could go backwards. Rather than keep down a route that was going to reach a dead end, he and Gohan went back to the original SSJ form and just decided to get really, really, REALLY good at using it. And find a way of mastering it so totally they can draw more power out of it than they could ever have achieved pursuing a new form as Vegeta and Trunks tried. Goku in the series is much, much more intelligent than the Abridged version.
