No Alpha can cure it as well. If you remember when she defeated that Titan in episode 3/4. It turned backed into a girl after having been infected. Also remember that the seven shadows managed to bring in lot of new members. After they left Cid in episode 2

2023-01-26 07:47:21 +0000 UTCfor the possession if you remember from episode 2 or 3 it the same thing that alpha had that cid cure. the church arc was also about it. Cid is the only person we know of that can cure it and all seven shadows of shadow garden were cured by cid.

Just to make himself appear cooler XD Also yeah the grow of the demon tumors, would probably keep going on. And could end up looking like Alpha from episode 2. And Cid did cured Rose in the same way he cured the shadows
