It would have been better if they showed the different characters training before the final impossible mission but oh well. It is probably hard to describe and show how hard a mission can be in an anime with limited time. And ya I guess changing up the order hurt the anime although I think this was definitely to hide that reveal which worked well initially for Erna. Hopefully it gets better from here but I am guessing we finished most of the first volume of stuff and now we are on to the new second volume content. I do love seeing the funny little fan service scenes and the constant double crossing in good jest
