2023-05-11 02:19:29 +0000 UTCGoten being born was pretty funny especially with how Piccolo simultaneously wanted to defend Gohan but wouldn’t stick around for the birth lol Nappa was right about Vegeta’s life, being rich with a wife and kid is awesome but Vegeta didn’t appreciate since, in these shortz, he’s still looking for a challenge after a year

2023-04-27 15:27:54 +0000 UTCThe interesting thing about the Vegeta fighting Gohan short is that it's kind of accurate. Up until Goku's death, Vegeta's sole purpose in life was to best his rival at all costs. Goku suddenly dies, and Vegeta is left with very little closure. It's something that is explored more in depth during the Buu saga, so you two will eventually see what comes of all that. In my opinion, it's the best character arc of the series

2023-04-23 23:22:15 +0000 UTCThe thing is, if Gohan HAD fought Vegeta and the two of them had spent the seven years of peace training together, then both of them would have been SO strong by the time the Buu arc rolled around, it would have lasted three episodes.

She says that when Gero kidnapped her, she had "1600 zeni, a joint, and a Spencer's gift card." She winds up giving the gift card to the jerk waiter as his "tip" after Krillin pays him, offers to smoke the joint with Krillin, and uses the money to pay for their burgers together.

2023-04-23 18:51:51 +0000 UTCThe fighting short between gohan and vegeta actually sets up vegeta’s character arc in the buu (fat kirby) saga pretty well. no spoilers, but it’s what made vegeta one of my favorite characters behind krillin and freeza. ;)
