The added filler downtime from the original was because the series was incomplete and ongoing as you probably know. Many didn’t know that. But even still many didn’t give this a chance. Although common view of CG being bad or this being bad CG prevails. But ya many don’t know or care the original was different in tone and content. Manga was darker. But good to see how it all forms and has now elements OG fans will like. Hope future fans will appreciate it more as a cult classic of sorts

2023-03-26 14:48:24 +0000 UTCAs far as I know the show is a mix of elements from the manga and new ideas. They definitely teased a fan favourite character and also maybe Vash. There’s still lore on the manga and seems like they showed another new character too here. Also good to see the old classic haircut for some. I think Eriks could be Vash
