2023-05-29 20:15:02 +0000 UTCIf you guys haven't noticed by this ep and the subtle hints throughout the series; a lot of people by this point affiliated the Clone Wars with the Jedi and were losing trust in them. This contributed to the reason why your average person was indifferent or overjoyed when they heard about the fall of the Jedi because Palpatine portrayed them in a negative light throughout the years via propaganda and the media and sowed seeds of doubt and fear towards the Jedi. People of the lower class were especially happy that the Jedi were gone. It also didn't help that the Jedi's philosophy and way of life made them seem emotionless & detached from the galaxy therefore people didn't know much about the Jedi to begin with and wasn't really privy to the details of Order 66 early on like the massacre of children. Several Jedi also felt disillusioned by the Order like Ahsoka and Barriss. Dooku was one of the earlier ones; the moment the Order affiliated themselves with the Republic and got too involved in politics was their downfall because they had to follow certain rules by the Senate and were obligated by them unlike when they were just Peacekeepers and had more freedom. Things might've played out differently if the Jedi stuck to their original role as Peacekeepers and didn't take up more responsibilities than they could chew in their arrogance. A millennia of peace made them overconfident and the Sith took advantage of this.

One that was failing to bring in money due to people's anger of it killing the prior show. So Disney made the fans happy and released S6 of CW after S1 of Rebels finished with the statment that S7 of CW would come after Rebeles ended. Thus ending the outcry of the fans and people waited.

2023-05-27 17:35:30 +0000 UTCIt didn't continue after ''outcry'' They (lucasfilm) already had a complete season (season 6) just laying there, but Disney didn't allow them to publish it because Cartoon Network is a rival company, after a while when Netflix was a staple in a lot of homes they agreed to publish it there. It was canceled from the moment they bought it because they wanted them to make a show (Rebels) for them instead. And then It continued finally in 2020 after Rebels was done.
