I love this episode because it was so Trunks focused & such an amazing mental health episode for Trunks. Showing how Trunks couldn't sleep, drink, laugh, think, breath without a ptsd episode was so reletable to anyone who's dealt with trauma & Trunks going from his timeline to the past has got to be such heavy mental gymnastics lol but i also like that the episode guides us into the trunks slowly finding inspiration again through his teacher Gohan again. Gohan's existence alone inspires Trunks, which is so sad and amazing at the same time.
