Avatar Roku and Avatar Kyoshi have proven that they are legends and have insane power whenever they show up in moments like this episode, and it makes you wonder the feats they pulled off when they were still alive. Aang has done some pretty insane stuff, but damn, Kyoshi freakin moved a whole landmass and named the island after her, that's nuts!
