Hmm, we actually already watched Zhongli's 2nd quest and it makes sense that its considered a main story focus as it does touch upon stuff from the main storyline. We did skip past Xingqiu though. Getting antsy for Inazuma haha. π¬ π€

2024-07-31 15:28:08 +0000 UTCSo initially, Lantern Rite was going to be released during the the Mid Autumn Festival (also known as the Mooncake Festival), but due to some issues, they released it during the Lunar New Year, which is celebrated in a lot of Asian countries. Lanterns are a symbol of light through the darkness and that their hopes and wishes make it through. Whether it be wealth, health, luck, or mourning a loved one. These floating symbols hold great significance to many Asian celebrations. βTangledβ, Iβm very certain took inspiration from those celebrations. Because the one idea they had was that Rapunzel would see fireworks to draw her into the Kingdom, but they thought Lanterns were more pretty and calming way of doing that. Now just a heads up about something because I just found this out myself. The next major story quest is actually Zhongliβs 2nd character quest. The Archons are so important that their own character quests become the main story focus of that version. So treat it like you would any other main story quest. Which is why I put Xingqiu before him since he is one of the Liyue characters involved in a later event.
