2024-08-14 23:07:06 +0000 UTCBegs the question though, although Iroh is not as cold blooded as Ozai, how wouldve Iroh behaved as Firelord. IMO Iroh was humbled when his son died, and likely gained more respect for people and changed his ways a bit. Sure some of his personality didnt change (like love for tea) but i bet he was definitely more Pro-Firenation, especially since he WAS gonna be Firelord eventually.

What actually occurred that night and what Ursa did is covered in a comic that came out after called "The Search." It's the 2nd of 5 (maybe 6 now?) post-series comics. I highly recommend giving them a read after you're done. Azula is very much a product of her father. Between her...let's call it "development" in this series and some details in the following comics, you very much get an idea of who she really is and how she came to be that way.
