The parallel of Zuko and Aang or as you noted Katara and Touf the lore of the world is just a chef's kiss ...couple this with t he actual life lessons you can pull from each episode I find incredible because when I was kid I didn't fully understand but as I rewatch now being an adult I can't help but smile apply those lessons to my daily life as well
