The creators confirmed Jet was also Kataraβs first kiss, off screen. And the show is vague with it since itβs a Nickelodeon show, but the creators did confirm Jet did die here.

2024-09-11 16:25:45 +0000 UTCIs this my favorite episode of the season? Probably not. Not as long as Blind Bandit and the Finale exist. But this is definitely up there. I love the introduction of Toph's lie detecting abilities. Amazing writing to not only bring Jet back this season, but also make you feel for him in the end, even if he still did some horrible things. I can tell this episode was hitting you guys, since I could see the eyes getting watery towards the end. Valid, of course, given how emotional this episode is. I wish I could afford to see the next episode reaction sooner, 'cause I am so hype for seeing the Zuko dreams sequence next episode. Actually, looking at what you have out, oh boy, the finale is there. Only a few weeks until then, I can tolerate the wait (I'm dying inside).
