Yeah we for sure didn't catch that. Figured it was a big oversight for such a well written show, so glad we were wrong on that. Bethany usually catches those details, whereas I couldn't tell you what my belt looks like 🤗

All the students and staff of the school had the same sash around their waists; Aang was just using it as a headband, which is why it was easy to become distractions at the end. The Zuko/Iroh moments in the early parts of the season are so well done, especially when you consider that they partially had to write around Iroh having no voice. To my knowledge, it took a while for them to cast between seasons after Mako's passing, so they had to go for several episodes without a voice for Iroh.
