Cammy White aka Killer Bee is by far my favorite character in all of Street Fighter, I love her origins/backgrounds, I own many of the Udon Comics and there is a lot of stories within them that I love especially with Cammy and the Dolls.

2024-09-29 16:05:10 +0000 UTCI think the main thing that makes Chun-Li iconic is the fact that she is the 1st, or one of the 1st, female character in a fighting game ever and she inspired many other female characters within games as a whole. She is also one of the classic SF2 characters and has been in almost every game since then so everyone knows her. In the story she plays a decent role and is considered "The Strongest Woman in the World" but I feel like most of her importance comes from outside of the game.

2024-09-27 21:02:01 +0000 UTCStreet Fighter 2 for the SNES was my first ever SF game. After that though I never really got into it like I did for Tekken. But when Street Fighter 4 came around, I was pulled back in because of all the characters and art style. Not to mention that the opening of 4 still lives rent free in my head. It is such an iconic banger that whenever SF get used in a crossover game, the opening music of 4 is always accompanied with them. And apparently I wasnβt the only one, because Street Fighter 3 turned out to sell very badly. Apparently the first version of SF3 only had Ryu and Ken as returning characters, while everyone else was new. And that upset a lot of SF fans who wanted to play as their favorites from past games. SF3 got more versions that brought back more characters, but that was way after the hate for the first one died down. SF4 really did save the franchise after that whole mess.
