2024-10-06 17:03:11 +0000 UTCOh hey...I'm still here. Still advocating for the start of that Yakuza 0 Playthrough. bonus, start now and you won't be totally alone. I recently finished Yakuza 3 and I'm just cleaning up quests....so you could power your way to 4 and experience the rest together :P Even though this appears separated from the main timeline, I would still Play Yakuza 0 first. I'm 4 games deep so far and I can very safely say that even though each game is a contained adventure, they each assume you know of what happened in the games before each of them. Yakuza 0 will also give you a better understanding and appreciate of each character.

But I suggest that you should really start getting into playing the Yakuza games because I don’t want you guys to accidentally spoil yourselves by any major details that surround the franchise even though it hasn’t clicked with you guys just yet. I just want you guys to have a more authentic reaction by playing and knowing the Yakuza stories in order that’s meant to be experienced in. I hope I see you guys start playing Yakuza 0 first, I’ll look forward to it when the day comes, and be prepared for an amazing Yakuza journey. P.S. Like a Dragon Pirate Yakuza is a continuation of the last game so don’t start of playing that game first and the Like a Dragon Yakuza Amazon Prime series is coming out on October 24!

2024-10-04 17:37:38 +0000 UTCI feel you guys so much on wanting to play Yakuza but having so much to play around it. I've had so many games of interest just in the second half of this year, while there's been 3 new releases for Yakuza/Like a Dragon spinoffs in the past year and half. Pains me bc it seems like the perfect blend of stupid and cool that I love in entertainment. At least the play order for the series is pretty straightforward.
