Props to you Bethany, you said it right there: there is no certain age where something has to be done. I'm nearing my 30s and because I grew up sheltered I didn't get to do a lot of adult things that my peers did when they were in their late teens and early/mid 20s, and I used to beat myself up for that, but I eventually realized that I didn't have to be like my peers, I could just be myself and grow at my own pace. Adulthood is complicated for sure, but there's no set standard for what an adult has to be. Like you said Ken, life is a journey, not a destination

I look forward to these uploads a lot. Looking forward for the next one.

One of my favorite episodes in this season. Although more comedy-oriented I always liked how it tackles the subject of insecurity and fears that surround Aang. The responsibility resting on his shoulders is huge, and he may be the avatar, but he's also just a kid. I did not see that nightmare sequence coming, and it highlights how not only the world, but Aang's friends depend on him as well. The scenes with Zuko were very well done, and work really well with Aang's. They both are dealing with their own insecurities. Both are feeling they aren't good enough, and in the end they both accept themselves for who they are, and that they're ready to move forward. Like you said, their struggles are very relatable. I really enjoyed your insightful commentary after the episode. Thank you for your amazing reactions! I'm really enjoying them. Can't wait for the future episodes!

She acts like she is at least 28. Except for that beach episode where we saw her kind of be a teenager for once ๐Ÿค—

Fun fact Azula is actually 14, the same age as Katara even though she acts older than Zuko, who is 16

Friday is gonna be a good episodes

Not my favorite episode either honestly. This episode is the most "kids show" the show gets imo. the rest feels like more of a family show. But it is pretty cool that a show aired to kids tackles real stuff like anxiety.

Exactly! I know I sure as hell didn't listen to adults when I was that age! ๐Ÿคฃ

plus Zuko is 16, a child. what child listens to an adult until they learn a lesson for themselves? lol

Zuko's journey is my favorite in the entire series. Sure it would have been a lot easier if he had just listened to Iroh from the start but I think that if he had done that he wouldn't have truly grown and that he would have always had the doubt in the back of his mind about "what would my life be like if I had been able to return home to the Fire Nation?" He has now seen definitive proof that the life he thought he always wanted doesn't fit who he is. He is such a complex and layered character and I love that. Great reaction as always!! I'm definitely looking forward to this Friday's reaction!
