In most DnD settings, most Dragons are a part of two groups. Chromatic Dragons: Black (Acid), Green (Poison), Red (Fire), Blue (Lighting) and White (Ice) dragons represent the evil side of dragonkind. Aggressive, gluttonous and vain. They are dark sages and powerful tyrants. Metallic Dragons: Brass (Fire), Bronze (Lighting), Copper (Acid), Gold (Fire), and Silver (Ice). They seek to preserve and protect, viewing themselves as one powerful race among the many races.
