Well, to be fair, it was done better than most sponsorships. According to them, they have been asked by other companies to have their characters in Death Battle and win. But since it conflicted with the results they had to turn them down. I assume for this one, given what they say in the credits, Excalibur is stronger than Raiden so they went along with it. If Raiden was the winner they probably would have rejected it like the other times.
